1. Product quality commitment
In-house manufacturing, full traceability
Quang Minh aluminium profiles are manufactured at two factories in Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc — controlled from casting A6061/A6063/A6005S-T5 alloy billets through profile extrusion to surface finishing — with complete batch-level traceability records.
Quality control process
- Checking alloy composition and hardness (T5 grade) for each casting batch
- Measuring cross-section tolerance, thickness and straightness on each extrusion batch
- Checking coating/anodise thickness and adhesion to the coating supplier's standard
- Packing, storage and dispatch on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis
Documents supplied with the order
- Certificate of Origin (CO) per batch
- Certificate of Quality (CQ) per batch
- QCVN 16:2014/BXD conformity and ISO 9001:2015 certification
- Full electronic VAT invoice for every order

2. Product standards
Aluminium products are manufactured to exactly the standards the project requires.

The extruded aluminium we supply meets the Vietnamese standards (TCVN, QCVN 16:2014/BXD) and relevant international standards required by developers, facade contractors and aluminium-glazing contractors nationwide.

Per-order support: Our engineering team works directly with the design, QA/QC and procurement departments of developers and contractors to supply documentation per order and meet the project's acceptance requirements.
3. Environmental responsibility
We are committed to minimising environmental impact through responsible manufacturing and material handling.
- Aluminium recycling: Scrap and offcuts are recovered, remelted and reused — aluminium is a near-infinitely recyclable material.
- Cleaner surface treatment: The powder-coating line and wastewater treatment operate to current environmental regulations.
- Optimised transport: Orders are consolidated by route and construction schedule to reduce fuel consumption.
- Responsible manufacturing: Published quality and environmental management systems are maintained at both factories.
