At Quang Minh Aluminium, we want every customer to feel confident about each order. Because many aluminium products are made to order or cut to custom specifications, we maintain a clear policy to safeguard quality, protect customers and resolve matters quickly.
Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.
1. Faulty or damaged goods
We are responsible for the quality of the products we supply. If a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet legal requirements for product quality, we will:
- replace the product,
- repair it, or
- refund it (for major faults).
Please inspect goods before using them, breaking any seal or modifying the product — used or modified goods cannot be refunded.
If you believe the goods are faulty:
- Notify us immediately, and
- Provide proof of purchase and photos of the faulty product.
2. Change-of-mind returns
Because many Quang Minh Aluminium items are ordered in or packaged specifically, not all products are eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Eligible (standard in-stock items)
We accept change-of-mind returns for standard in-stock items that are unopened, unused, and not repackaged or custom-ordered, provided that:
- You return the goods within 30 days of purchase
- The goods are in original condition and unused
- The packaging is complete, undamaged and in resaleable condition
- You provide the original invoice / proof of purchase
Not eligible
- Items in custom quantities or custom packaging
- Custom-extruded profiles or items fabricated to the customer's drawings
- Aluminium bars cut to custom lengths / specifications
- Products coated in a custom colour code
- Items specially ordered from external suppliers
- Clearance or discontinued items
- Items sold at promotional / special wholesale prices
Custom-ordered goods are brought in specifically for your order and therefore cannot be refunded or cancelled, except for faults as provided under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.
3. Return handling fee
For accepted change-of-mind returns, a 30% handling fee applies to cover inspection, restocking and shipping costs.
Handling fee waiver
If goods are returned within 7 days of purchase and meet all return conditions, we may waive the handling fee.
Shipping costs for returning goods to our warehouse may be deducted, unless the fault lies with Quang Minh Aluminium.
4. Order cancellations
Standard in-stock orders
You can cancel an order for in-stock goods within 7 days without penalty, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
If the order has already been prepared, packed or shipped, a 30% cancellation fee of the invoice value may apply.
Custom-ordered & special orders
Orders with the following elements cannot be cancelled once placed:
- custom quantities or custom packaging
- aluminium bars cut to custom sizes / specifications
- custom-extruded profiles to the customer's drawings
- items specially ordered from suppliers
- products coated in a custom colour code
These items are brought in specifically for you and cannot be resold.
5. Return conditions
For returns accepted under this policy:
- Goods must be unused, uninstalled, uncut and unmodified
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging
- Goods must remain in resaleable condition
- You are responsible for shipping the goods safely
- Quang Minh Aluminium is not liable for damage that occurs during return shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours
We recommend packing carefully and insuring the goods during transit.
6. Consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Vietnam's Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.
You are entitled to:
- a replacement or refund for a major failure,
- a repair for a minor fault, and
- compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss caused by the fault.

Your rights under the law: Our goods come with quality guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss. You may also request a repair or replacement if the goods are not of acceptable quality but the fault is not major.
